Meet the Team

Michael joined the team in January 2024, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the front office. Educated at Raritan Valley Community College in New Jersey, he enjoys creating a satisfying experience for each patient and strengthening teamwork in the office. Michael enjoys walking, hiking and traveling, and is always seeking ways to grow in his role.

Miranda began working at the front desk in December 2023 and immediately felt connected to the team’s exceptional dynamic. She finds joy in helping patients review treatment plans and coordinating options with care. Her experience at the practice has even inspired her to pursue a future career in dental hygiene.

Sharshi joined the office in October 2023 and plays a key role in supporting patients with insurance coordination. She holds a high school GED and is currently pursuing an associate degree in accounting and an accounting certificate. Sharshi enjoys working with patients to resolve claims and find the answers they need. She loves volleyball, hiking and painting, and is inspired by seeing patients smile.

Brett Hice joined the practice in February 2019 and brings a wealth of experience since graduating in 2001. Brett is passionate about providing quality dental care and building personal relationships with patients. She is also known for her love of travel, knitting, diamond painting and reading, all of which bring balance and creativity to her life outside of work.

Megan Papich joined the practice in 2022 and brings years of experience and a genuine passion for patient care. She graduated from Harcum College and completed her dental hygiene clinical internship at the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. Megan is known for her warm approach and loves treating the practice’s wonderful patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, practicing yoga and paddleboarding.

Ashley Wasef became part of the team in May 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and is currently applying to dental schools. Ashley values the supportive, family-like environment and contributes by ensuring every patient experience is smooth and positive. With a love for reading, makeup, walking and doing nails, she finds inspiration in the care and connection fostered within the office.

Chika Mpi became part of the team in January 2023. She holds a diploma in dental assisting from Altierus College in Houston, Texas. Chika is known for her gentle approach, helping patients feel comfortable and heard. She appreciates the welcoming environment and enjoys listening to music and reading during her downtime.

Since joining the practice in June 2020, Jasmine Maldonado has been a compassionate and collaborative team member. She earned her dental assisting certificate from Penn Foster Career College. Jasmine enjoys contributing to the team effort to make every patient feel safe and heard. A proud mother of two, she enjoys reading, watching TV and beach time during the summer.
